Some of our requirements to be in leadership for any position at camp are:
1. A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ with a passion for sharing the gospel.

Camp. 

Program Coordinator:
​Create the scheduale for the camping week, plan activities, organize wide games and keep track of team scores during the week.

Life Guard:
Be available for all camp activities involving the lake- swim time, canoe time, water olympics and the occasional midnight swim.

First Aid:
Keep record of all camp injuries and treatments.  Keep camper and staff medications organized and on schedule.

Office:
Register campers, answer phone calls, send out emails, fax invoices and maintain office during camp season.

Crew.

TNT Work Crew:
Schedule cleaning staff, ensure work gets done properly and efficiently.  Deal with interpersonal  issues among the crew.  Ensure teens have a devotional in the evening.

​Junior Maintenance Crew:
Schedule staff on regular maintenance, Be available to teach on more challenging jobs, supervise work to ensure it is done safely.

Fellowship.

Chapel Leader:
​Prepare to speak in morning and evening chapel and be ready to give a staff devotional when needed. Be available for campers and staff to ask questions.   

Music:
Be ready to teach new songs and lead in some old camp favourites.  Lead chapel worship and be available for special events (campfire, hike, devos)

Sound Tech:
Set up stage and soundboard.  Keep everyone sounding great during chapel, record messages and run powerpoint.

Camp Videographer:
Take pictures of campers doing their activities, get some heroic photos of the staff and make a daily video to showcase at chapel.
